Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival and first evening
Arrive when it suits you; the transfer is booked either way. Everyone meets for a short briefing before dinner, so the first morning starts on time.
Day 2–4
The set pieces, early
The museums and monuments you came for, taken at opening while the rooms are still quiet. Entries are timed and paid for long before you travel.
Day 5–6
Beyond the centre
A day out of town — hills, coast or a smaller place an hour down the line. Transport and guiding come with you.
Day 7
Last day and onward travel
A morning kept free for whatever you meant to go back to, then the transfer for your onward train or flight. Late checkout wherever the hotel allows it.

What is the deposit and when is the balance due?
A deposit of €250 per traveller holds your place. The balance falls due 60 days before departure — for the 14 Feb 2027 departure that is 16 Dec 2026 — and we email a reminder two weeks before it.
Can I extend the journey afterwards?
Yes. Most travellers add three or four nights at one end, and because we book the whole itinerary it is priced into the same booking rather than sold separately.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free changes up to 60 days before departure. Cancel earlier than that and we retain the deposit; inside 60 days the sliding scale in our booking conditions applies.
Is this suitable for solo travellers?
It is — roughly a third of each group travels solo. Rooms are twin share, so a single supplement of €890 applies, or we can pair you in a twin on request.
