Who is responsible
NOMADX SAS, 12 Rue Example, 75002 Paris, is the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect, and why
- Enquiry details — name, email, phone and what you told us. Held so we can answer you.
- Booking details — traveller names, dates of birth where a supplier requires them, dietary and access needs. Held to deliver the journey.
- Payment details — handled by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Site usage — only if you accept optional cookies.
Our legal basis
- Contract — everything needed to deliver a journey you booked
- Consent — marketing email and optional cookies, withdrawable at any time
- Legal obligation — accounting records we are required to keep
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed to deliver your journey, and only what each of them needs. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records for two years from your last contact. Booking and financial records for the period required by French accounting law. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need
- Object to, or restrict, certain processing
- Ask for your data in a portable format
- Complain to CNIL, the French supervisory authority
