Who is responsible
NOMADX SAS, 12 Rue Example, 75002 Paris, is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach our data contact at the address on our contact page.
What we collect, and why
Our legal basis
- Contract — for everything needed to deliver a journey you booked
- Consent — for marketing email and optional cookies, which you can withdraw at any time
- Legal obligation — for accounting records we are required to keep
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed to deliver your journey — hotels, guides, rail and transfer operators — and only the details each of them needs. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Sending data outside the EEA
Where a journey involves a supplier outside the European Economic Area, we transfer only what that supplier needs, under the safeguards required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records for two years from your last contact. Booking and financial records for the period required by French accounting law. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing
